Hmm..only 3? Dahm! I like so many! but I guess if I had to choose I'd say..
's Hikari . She is one of the most unique naruto oc's I've ever seen. I just love her hairstyle and clothes!
's Okami . I love her white hair, clothes and especially her name! <3
's Yuu . I have always admired this oc, her clothes are amazing! :]

Talho doesn't really have a rival, only an enemy.

Kumiko ( her cousin ) who belongs to
She is also close with Sakura and Temari.

Nah not another OC, but she does have the hots for Kakashi

No ones. She did highly respect and look up to her team mates Kenji and Shin when they were alive.
